My name is Anna Juda.
I am a circular
economy catalyst.
I am an architect by training, with a strong drive to create real impact. I have always been interested in how we use resources it kept my attention, made me question things, and stay with the feeling that something wasn’t quite working. Long before I had the language for it, I was already moving towards closing loops and circular economy.
Today, I focus on activating circularity in the construction sector — a field I know well and genuinely care about. I am purpose-driven, and I naturally connect with people and organisations that are too — those who want to move beyond intention and actually change how things work.
I strongly believe in the power of collaboration. Construction is complex and fragmented, which is exactly why I take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, connecting actors, ideas, and opportunities across the value chain.
I am energetic, curious, and solution-oriented. I have worked with startups as well as more established organisations, and I bring that mix of pragmatism and fresh thinking into every project. Since 2015, I have been based in Switzerland, working with clients in Italian, French, English, and Polish.

As Reuse Project Manager, I work on structuring supply chains for reused materials — making reuse operational, scalable, and economically viable. Whether you are a real estate developer, construction company, demolition contractor, architect, engineer, or material producer, I help identify how reuse can be integrated into your projects in a practical way.
I co-lead the Regional Circle Ticino of Circular Economy Switzerland, bringing together actors across sectors and activating collaboration around circular practices. We create a space where ideas evolve into partnerships.
I am part of an international community of experts working with systemic design tools to analyse and redesign value chains.These tools allow me to map complexity, identify hidden opportunities, and bring structure to circular strategies — turning ideas into clear, actionable decisions.
As an accredited consultant within a national support programme, I identify resource efficiency opportunities in your organisation. This allows you to explore which circular strategies make sense before committing to implementation. Up to CHF 10,000 of funded consulting support is available for companies in Ticino.
